The rental period for a stork is 7-days. We will deliver, assemble, and take-down. We also have options for 24-hour rentals for baby showers as well as a sip and see party.

Our pricing includes delivery within 20 miles of 24503. Our storks are excited to fly through Lynchburg, Forest and Madison Heights. If you don’t see your location listed please call/text at 434-444-2886 or email at HillCityStorks@gmail.com to discuss an additional delivery fee.

We do our best to deliver your sign within 24 hours of placing an order. When the baby is born, please call/text us at 434-444-2886 or email us at HillCityStorks@gmail.com  with the name (first and middle), birthday, weight, length, customized monogram preference (if applicable), delivery address, contact phone number, and who is gifting the stork. For stork yard signs for a baby shower and sip and see, advanced reservations are accepted.

Unfortunately, due to the uncertainty around a newborn’s birthday, we are unable to accept reservations! However, please call/text us at 434-444-2886 or email us at HillCityStorks@gmail.com once the baby has been born with the name (first and middle), birthday, weight, length, customized monogram preference (if applicable), delivery address, contact phone number, and who is gifting the stork. We normally set up a separate sign for each baby. The first sign is priced at the regular rate. Each subsequent sign is $60.00. At the end of the rental period the new parents keep each personalized bundle, star or cloud.

Absolutely! When the baby is born, please call/text us at 434-444-2886 or email us at HillCityStorks@gmail.com For the grandparent it will be a generic “It’s a Granddaughter!” or “It’s a Grandson!” These bundles are not a keepsake and will be picked up after the seven-day rental period. A personalized keepsake bundle is available. Please see pricing here 

Of course! Hill City Storks offers a one-day Baby Shower/Sip and See Stork rental. The sign will be delivered and set up at least 2 hours before the shower and picked up by the end of the day. We offer stands for indoor or outdoor use. The rental includes a bundle with the generic wording “Welcome to the Baby Shower” in pink or blue. The bundle is not a keepsake and will be picked up at the end of the rental period. Personalized Baby Shower and Sip and See keepsake bundles are available. Please see pricing here

Yes! We offer several different signs to complement the stork and to include family and friends in the celebration. Our sibling stars are the perfect way to include older siblings to greet the family when they arrive home. We also offer dog bones and cat signs to capture the entire crew. All of the personalized signs are gifted to the family after the rental is complete. Please note: these signs are add-ons and can only be purchased in addition to a stork.

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All payment transactions must be made by phone or via email correspondence. All payments must be paid in full prior to delivery.

We use our keen eye to place our stork rentals in the best place in the yard for optimal visibility and photo opportunities. If you have a specific request for a location please let us know.

Please do not move and/or remove the yard sign as damage can occur. If you need a stork moved please call/text Hill City Storks at 434-444-2886 or email us at HillCityStorks@gmail.com

Please use extreme caution when mowing or weed eating near the sign as damage can occur if any contact is made with the sign. Do not attach anything to the sign, including balloons. When a balloon pops the sun bakes the latex into the sign causing permanent damage.

If you notice any damage to the sign, please notify Hill City Storks immediately by phone/text at 434-444-2886 or by email at HillCityStorks@gmail.com. 

Our signs are durable, weather-resistant, and designed to last. However, the signs are not designed for climbing. We are not responsible or liable for any injuries involving the sign while it’s being rented. The renter of the stork sign assumes that responsibility and liability and also will be responsible for payment for any damage to the sign while it’s rented. By ordering a sign, the individual accepts responsibility for the sign while it’s on their or their family member or friend’s property. Thank you so much for your consideration and cooperation.

You will receive a refund if the following occurs:

• You cancel your stork sign rental at least 24 hours in advance
• Extreme weather conditions prevent us from setting up your sign

You will not receive a refund if the following occurs:

• We are unable to gain entrance into a gated community
• The security guard refuses us to gain entrance
• The homeowner or recipient does not allow us to set up the sign or calls us to request that we pick up the sign prior to the end of the rental period
• A dog or other animal is threatening or refuses to allow us onto the property
